PARIS Technologies has a plan that allows you to take advantage of the outstanding services offered by our Support and Consulting department. This program provides the fastest, highest-quality response to your requests for assistance from PARIS Technologies.
First-line support or consulting assistance is provided by the organization that sold PowerOLAP to you. The PARIS Support and Consulting Services do not govern the policies of our Reseller Partners.
In order for PARIS to provide any Support or Consulting services, a written consent to engage PARIS Technologies Inc. must be in place.
Support or Consulting services provided to resolve a clearly defined and reproducible PARIS product "Error" that is covered by a current maintenance agreement will not be considered a billable event. Specifically, PARIS will provide error correction to documented features of the current release build of PowerOLAP at no charge for clearly documented examples of errors that you provide and which are reproducible in our environment. Any issue that is addressed by the current release build of the PARIS Product will require that you upgrade to that build-which is free to customers with a current Maintenance Plan.
1. A staff person will discuss with you the task(s) that you request be addressed.
2. We will create and email an engagement of PARIS support and consulting services for the required task(s) that the customer will then need to approve and accept.
3. After this, a PARIS support and consulting staff member will schedule time with the customer to complete the task(s) at hand.
A 10 % discount is being currently offered for the purchase of 100 or more hours of support services.
